My Best Friend and Our School Life
Hello, my name is Sarah and I want to talk about my best friend. Her name is Jessica. We are both fourteen years old and we are classmates at Green Valley High School. Jessica is a very special person to me. We met five years ago when we were in elementary school. Jessica is tall and she has long, curly brown hair and green eyes. She always wears a warm smile on her face. She is very intelligent and helpful. Whenever I do not understand a math problem, she explains it to me patiently. We do almost everything together at school. In the morning, we meet at the school gate at seven forty-five. Our classes start at eight o’clock. Our favorite subject is English because our teacher, Mr. Smith, tells funny stories and makes the lessons very interesting. At twelve thirty, we have a lunch break. We sit together in the cafeteria and eat our lunch boxes. Jessica usually brings an apple and a chicken sandwich. After school finishes at three o’clock, we do not go home immediately. We belong to the school sports club. We play basketball on the school court every Tuesday and Thursday. Jessica is a great basketball player because she is very fast. On weekends, Jessica comes to my house, or I go to her house. We watch movies, listen to pop music, and talk about our future dreams.
